Well, I'm a father of a 3 month old daughter, and everything is going pretty well. Now that I've had 2 months of holidays, it is time to get back to work! Right now I'm on what the company calls "inter-contract", which means that I'm not on any specific project right now. That will come, sooner or later, but in the mean time I am in their headquarters (a place I've rarely seen) and doing a few jobs here and there. While we are always sent out to clients, it feels good to be back "home" from time to time, and there is always something to do. Right now I'm trying to install and populate a consultant-driven wiki, full of technical tips and tricks, a "cookbook" of you will of knowledge from all sorts of technologies. I've already put down a few hints that I have on C and embedded systems (ARM C optimizations, for example) and now I need to get the other consultants to do the same.
